- How accurate is the measurement?
- Accurate enough to price real jobs, and honest when it isn't. Mowify measures the polygon geospatially rather than guessing, then scores every measurement on address match, boundary agreement, imagery quality and detection certainty. Trees, shadows, older imagery and shared gardens all reduce that score — when they do, the homeowner confirms or adjusts the outline before a price is issued. We never claim 100% accuracy on aerial data.
- What if it measures the neighbour's lawn?
- Detected grass is clipped to the subject property's envelope, and buildings and hard surfaces are subtracted. Anything ambiguous is flagged rather than quoted silently.
- Do customers have to give their details to see a price?
- No. The price is shown first. Contact details are only collected when they accept the quote.
